Use of our website or communication does not create a patient–provider relationship. Care begins only after formal intake and consent.

Attempt to disrupt systems

We may modify or discontinue our website or services at any time.

SMS Messaging Program
Our messaging program provides appointment reminders, care updates, service notifications, and optional promotional messages related to our home care and home health services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
